I had run a very successful construction company with my former husband for many years in Sydney. When I cut ties there I was absolutely burned out but was also at a stage where It was time to carve out a new life for myself. Since finding this business I have not looked back. Flexibility and portability were key for me as I wanted to be able to travel back to Ireland to my family when I decided to but I also wanted the opportunity to earn a high level income. I achieved that within my first year, in part time hours & my income has increased each year since then. HI I'M REBECCA, and I'm fortunate to run a business in an industry that I'm truly passionate about, Personal Development.
I'm an Aussie mother to two teens and a little one who's two and our future has never been brighter.
The arrival of our littlest, lit a fire in me to create a life for our family where I no longer need to work full time, can continue to travel extensively with family and business and ensure that all of our extra curricular interests and enjoyments are fulfilled.
I'm empowered when working with likeminded, motivated, focused individuals who want to create this level of freedom and flexibility in their own lives.

I have worked for close to 20 years in either Property Development or Data Analytics. After returning to full time work following maternity leave, I realised I was incredibly unhappy working a typical 9-5, leaving me with only a few hours a day with my toddler, a reality leaving me with a heavy heart having him in daycare for such long days.
Having our littlest in my 40s meant that the clock was ticking in many ways. Flamed by the desire to ensure that my children's childhood would include memories that I was part of, not absent from, meant that it was 100% time for me to make a change. I couldn't continue on the same path, whilst wanting completely different results.
I have always been a big reader and much used, dog-eared copies of personal development titles such as The Power of Habit, Atomic Habits and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People still take their place on my bookshelf today and it was my return to this thought process that prompted my almost desperate search for what on earth I could do to change my life. What could I possibly do, that would enable me to spend more time with family, doing the things that we all loved, that could replace my current income, whilst providing the freedom and financial stability to which we were accustomed.
The search that day led me to the business that I still run today, representing award winning online Personal Development products. I'm privileged to work with incredible entrepreneurs from Australia, New Zealand the UK and America, who are supportive, talented and simply the best in their field. This business allows me to work when I want, around our family activities, and with a laptop, mobile and internet connection I am able to create the life I want.
